EasyFish®

EasyFish® complements Excilone’s comprehensive Fish solution, which already includes Cytotest® probes, the CytoHyb500 denaturation-hybridization system and PathScan® scanners. Efficiency, openness, practicality and user protection.

EasyFish® is a device that enables complete automation of the Fish slide pretreatment process.

Cytotest est une société spécialisée dans la conception et la production de sondes d’hybridation in situ par fluorescence de l’ADN (FISH). La FISH est une technique puissante conçue pour détecter la présence ou l’absence, la localisation, l’intégrité et la quantité de séquences génomiques dans des échantillons de tissus ou de cellules. Introduit au début des années 1980 comme un outil de recherche cytogénétique, la FISH est aujourd’hui la technique la plus importante pour le diagnostic clinique des anomalies chromosomiques.

Depuis sa création, la société a fait progresser ses techniques de production de nucléotides marqués en fluorescence de la conception à la fabrication de sondes FISH. À ce jour, Cytotest a développé et testé avec succès une série très diversifiée de sondes ADN FISH pour des applications de diagnostic moléculaire en oncologie, en médecine personnalisée, en tests prénataux, en cancérologie et dans d’autres domaines.

La gamme Cytotest comprend des sondes pour des cibles à usage clinique ainsi que des cibles à usage de recherche mais aussi des produits conçus sur mesure (Sondes à façon). Hybridizer

The CytoHYB CT500 denaturation and hybridization instrument is a programmable system for automated processing of FISH protocols on samples deposited on glass slides.

The machine offers a number of advantages, including convenient touch-screen programming, an integrated USB port, unrivalled heating speed and precision, minimal temperature variation and a higher humidity range. A unique design with liquid gutters provides convenient humidification and stable humidity control inside the chamber. The instrument is easy to clean, and there’s no need to use disposable foam strips for humidity, or any other consumables to replace.

Accepting a wide range of sample types, the tray is equipped with sliding guides that hold the slides in place and allow one-handed placement and removal. Its use considerably reduces working time without compromising precision and reproducibility.

The product is suitable for a wide variety of experimental denaturation and hybridization strategies, with four distinct modes of operation: denaturation/hybridization, hybridization, customization and PC processes.

R in situ. The integrated hot-water tank and sealed heating cover ensure perfect experimental reproducibility, for processing up to 12 slides simultaneously.

PathScan® Combi

PathScan® Combi is an automated platform for brightfield slide scanning and analysis on tissue, and for whole-slide Fluorescence scanning in up to 6 colors.

PathScan® Combi is a histological slide scanner that combines transmitted light and fluorescence scanning thanks to a dual-camera system (color and monochrome):

  • Oil immersion scanning of tissue FISH slides
  • Whole slide immunofluorescence scanning (up to 5 colors)
  • Brightfield scanning, including immersion (high-resolution)

PathScan® Combi enables brightfield and fluorescence images to be matched for FISH analysis using EVA® software, in the same tumor zone as that previously identified by the pathologist in brightfield.

With its dedicated Web application, PathScan® Combi provides remote access to acquired images and password-protected access to individual files and working environments.

Excilone® View Web can be installed on physical servers or in the cloud, and an SSL certificate with Https protocol ensures a secure connection and data protection.

The Excilone® View Web license is perpetual with no limit on the number of users.

Excilone® View Web is available in English and French. The platform is accessible from PCs, Macs and tablets. And it’s browser-compatible.
