Molecular biology
Our molecular biology team offers an expertise in the isolation and characterization of extracellular vesicles & exosomes, as well as a solid experience in micro and nanogenomics.
• Isolation of extracellular vesicles from various biological fluids (serum, plasma, urine, milk…) and samples of diverse origin (cell culture supernatants, bacterial cultures…)
• Analysis of size distribution, nanoparticle concentration (NTA, DLS), morphology and morphometry (TEM with negative staining)
• Molecular characterization: transcriptomic and proteomic
• DNA, RNA, and protein extraction from fresh, frozen, fixed, and paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples of various origins (tissues, isolated cells, biological fluids…)
• Evaluation of the quality of extracted biomolecules using Nanodrop, Bioanalyzer, Qubit, Fragment Analyzer…
• Wide range of analysis techniques available :
• Genomics & transcriptomics: qPCR, dPCR, OpenArray, sequencing
• Qualitative and quantitative proteomic: mass spectrometry
• Selection of areas of interest (200 µm diameter) on digital slides
• Micro-punchs of tissue samples on corresponding paraffin blocks, AI-based technology
• DNA, RNA or protein extraction in 8-well tube strips or 96-well plates
